Planned, routine maintenance is the best way to extend the life of your metal building, roofing, siding, and components.  It also helps prevent unexpected downtime, avoids further damage, and can save you money.  We offer inspections services for all aspects of your building including; roof inspections, siding inspections, primary and secondary steel inspections, bolted and welded connections, insulation, and components (roof boots, curbs, windows, doors, ect).  Unfortunately not all damage can be prevented and emergency and unplanned repairs are sometimes necessary.  From a small leak to major repairs we have the expertise to get your building back into shape.

There are a number of reasons people decide to replace there metal roofing and siding (age, leaks, repairs are not cost effective, aesthetics, ect.).  "Removal and replacement" of your roofing or siding, although sometimes is the best option, does have its drawbacks.  For a business that is up and running removal of your existing roof or walls can expose your business to wind, rain, snow, dust, and other contaminants.  It also can create a substantial amount of downtime which can cost you money.  Fortunately if "removal and replacement" is not an attractive option there are a number of retro fit solutions that can keep your existing siding, roofing, and insulation in place while new siding, roofing, and additional insulation are installed.
